(MIDDLESEX COUNTY, ON) – On September 11, 2015, at approximately 9:16 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were at the Ontario Court of Justice on Dundas Street, in the City of London, Ontario.
Uniformed officers observed a male acting suspiciously near a concrete wall close to the front entrance of the building. Further investigation revealed the male was attempting to conceal contraband.
The male, 27-year-old Tyler WHITNALL, from London, Ontario, was placed under arrest, and subsequently charged with possession of a schedule I substance – methamphetamine, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA). He was further charged with fail to comply with recognizance, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was held in custody, and is scheduled to answer the charges in a London court on September 17, 2015.
