(TECUMSEH, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Tecumseh received a call on September 18, 2015 at approximately 1:10 a.m. regarding a broken down vehicle in the middle of Baseline Road.
Officers approached the smoking vehicle and observed the male driver of the vehicle slumped over the steering wheel. After numerous efforts to awaken the driver, officers noticed that the male exhibited signs of impairment. He was arrested at the scene. The vehicle had overheated.
Adrian BAKSA, age 21 of Windsor, was charged with Care or Control While Impaired and Care or Control Exceeding 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Windsor court on September 29, 2015 to answer to the charges.
