(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) –Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call about a suspicious vehicle parked in the driveway of a residence on Victoria Road, Puslinch Township. Officers attended the scene and located a male sleeping in a 2014 Nissan. During the investigation, the male provided a false name to officers and it was discovered that the vehicle was reported stolen on September 19, 2015. In the vehicle, tools were located that are commonly utilized for committing crime; stolen property was also located along with suspected methamphetamine.
38-year-old Christopher HULAN of Guelph is charged with;
Obstruct a Peace Officer-Criminal Code (C.C.)
Theft of a Motor Vehicle-C.C.
Possession of Break-In Instruments-C.C.
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime-C.C.
Possession of Methamphetamine-Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
He was scheduled to appear in Bail Court on September 21, 2015.
