IMPAIRED DRIVER
(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On September 23, 2015 at 8:50pm officers from the Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received information of a vehicle being operated in an erratic manner in Dundas Street West area of the Trenton.
Police located the motor vehicle a short time later on Division Street. After an investigation it was determined that the driver of the motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol.
Denis NOEL, 39 years old, of Trenton has been charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle as well as Driving with More than 80mgs of Alcohol in Blood.
The accused was released from custody and is expected to appear on October 8th, 2015 at The Ontario Court of Justice 15 Bridge Street West, Belleville.
BREAK AND ENTER
(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On September 23, 2015 an officer from the Quinte West OPP Detachment attended an address on DJ Whites Road in Quinte West for the report of a Break and Enter.
When officers arrived on scene information was given that sometime between September 22nd, 2015 at midnight and prior to September 23rd, 2015 at 6:00am unknown suspect(s) entered a garage at a home on DJ Whites Road. When inside the garage the suspect(s) removed a large quantity of tools and power tools.
