(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On September 28, 2015, at approximately 1:20am officers from the Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a male in a motor vehicle on Sidney Street. Officers were at the time investigating an incident that the male was believed to be involved in.
During the investigation an officer noted that the male’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol.
Dana PARKER, 32, of Stirling has been charged with Care and Control Over 80mgs. The male was released on a Promise to Appear and is schedule to appear in The Ontario Court of Justice 15 Bridge Street West, Belleville on October 22, 2015.
FAIL TO COMPLY WITH COURT ORDER
(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On September 27, 2015 at approximately 7:00am an officer from the Quinte West Detachment of the OPP was investigating a possible impaired driver in the area of Dufferin Avenue.
During the investigation the officer observed a male in the area and stopped to speak to the male. As a result of the investigation a 19 year old male from Trenton was arrested.
The male has been charged with:
Fail to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking Given by Officer in Charge
Possession of a Schedule II substance- Cannabis Marihuana – under 30grams
Unauthorized Possession of Weapon
Fail to Comply with Probation Order
The 19 year old was held in custody and is to appear in The Ontario Court of Justice 15 Bridge Street West, Belleville on September 28th, 2015 for a bail hearing.
