Paul TIMMINGS – Drunk Driving

(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP)- On August 25, 2015 at approximately 4:54 p.m., a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was patrolling Jones Baseline, near Wellington Road 22, Guelph-Eramosa Township. Police stopped the male driver of a 2002 Ford and detected an odour of alcohol. A Roadside Screening Device test was conducted which resulted in a fail. The driver was transported to a local OPP Operation Centre for further testing.

His driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days and the vehicle impounded for a period of seven days as per statute.

54-year-old Paul TIMMINGS of Guelph-Eramosa Township has been charged with Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on November 6, 2015.
