(NAPANEE, ON)- On Monday, September 28th, 2015 at 9:38 a.m. officers with the Napanee detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police were dispatched to a report of a silver Ford F150 pick-up truck being driven erratically on Highway 401 westbound near Napanee.
At 9:50 a.m. an officer stopped the truck at the Wyman’s Road overpass.
The driver was given a roadside alcohol screening test and was subsequently arrested for over 80 mgs.
40 year-old Ryan FITZPATRICK of Kingston is charged with operating a motor vehicle while over 80 mgs.
FITZPATRICK was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Napanee on October 20th, 2015.
