(Selwyn Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle and investigated the driver yesterday just after 10:00pm.
The vehicle was stopped by officers on Tara Road. (age 39) of Selwyn Township, ON was arrested and charged with:
Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood
Drive while suspended
The accused was held in police custody pending a bail hearing and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court later today.
