(DRUMMOND NORTH ELMSLEY TOWNSHIP, ON) – Members of the Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and the OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) successfully concluded a search in Drummond North Elmsley Township with the arrest of wanted suspect Timothy SHEPHERD (33 years old).
A warrant had been issued for SHEPHERD after an incident at 10.30 pm on Sunday 4th October 2015 at a home on Wild Life Road, Drummond North Elmsley Township.
SHEPHERD attempted to gain entry, causing damage to the home and a vehicle on the property. No one was injured.
SHEPHERD fled before arrival of Police.
Timothy SHEPHERD of Tay Valley Township is charged with:
• One Count Assault with a Weapon
• One Count Break and Enter
• Two Counts Mischief Under $5000
• One Count Uttering Threats – Damage to Property
• One Count Mischief Endangering Life
• One Count Fail to Comply with Undertaking
All offences are contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
