(FORT FRANCES, ON) – On September 21, 2015 members of the Ontario Provincial Police Community Drug Action Team (CDAT) and the North West Region Emergency Response Team (ERT) executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrant at an Armit Avenue residence within The Town of Fort Frances.
As a result of the investigation James PARKS (42) was arrested and charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substances, as well as Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.
PARKS is to appear in court on the November 30, 2015 to answer to the charges.
