(SOUTH FRONTENAC TOWNSHIP) – Frontenac Ontario Provincial Police have charged the driver of the tractor trailer that was involved in a multi vehicle collision on the 30th of May 2015 on Perth Road in the Township of South Frontenac.
The tractor trailer was heading southbound on Perth Road when it crossed the center line. Three motorcycles and a SUV were forced to take evasive action in an effort to avoid the tractor trailer. The third motorcycle unfortunately collided with the tractor trailer which killed 30 year-old Ryan Alex NEW of Kingston Ontario.
The male driver 33 year-old Harjant SINGH of Brampton, Ontario has been charged with Dangerous Driving Cause Death.
The driver was arrested in Brampton, Ontario and returned to Kingston to appear in court on the 8th of October 2015.
