(Cavan-Monaghan Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) clocked a vehicle at 170km/h in the 100km/h zone on Highway 115 yesterday just after 8:00pm.
Junjun YE (age 21) of North York, ON was charged with stunt driving in relation to excessive speed. His driver’s licence was suspended for seven days and his 2015 BMW was impounded. The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on December 14, 2015.
