(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) – On October 8, 2015 at approximately 8:38 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were patrolling Gzowski Street in the Town of Fergus and spoke with the driver of a 2005 Chevrolet. Suspected marihuana was located in the vehicle and the driver was arrested. He was released at the scene with a court date.
28-year-old Erik VALLILLEE has been charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on November 28, 2015.
