(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 23-year-old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Virginia Avenue, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, October 10, 2015, at approximately 4:29 a.m., police were conducting patrols when a vehicle caught the attention of the patrolling officer. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 23-year-old Ryan Alexander AULD of Norfolk County, Ontario with Care or Control over 80 mgs.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
