(ROCKLAND, ON) – On October 21, 2015 at approximately 6:45AM officers of the Russell County detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a serious two vehicle crash at Joanisse Road and Vinette Road South of Rockland.
One person was pronounced deceased at the scene and two others transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The scene is still under investigation.
Joanisse Road is closed from Du Golf Road to Baseline Road. Vinette Road is closed from Nolan Road to Lacasse Road.
