(TILLSONBURG, ON) – On Sunday, October 25, 2015 the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit, and Oxford County OPP, executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a property on Oxford Street in Tillsonburg.
As a result of the investigation, three (3) male suspects have been arrested; approximately $1,095 in Canadian currency, scales, packaging material and an estimated $44,500 in cannabis marihuana, methamphetamine, heroin and cannabis resin were seized.
33-year old Johan FEHR of Malahide Township was charged under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act with the following:
Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Heroin
Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Other Drugs
Possession of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of trafficking – Over 3 kilograms
Possession of a Schedule II substance – Cannabis resin – Over 1 gram
Possession of a Schedule III substance
Possession of a Schedule I substance – Methamphetamine
39-year-old Peter KNELSEN of Tillsonburg was charged under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act with the following:
Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Heroin
Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Other Drugs
Possession of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of trafficking – Over 3 kilograms
Possession of a Schedule II substance – Cannabis resin – Over 1 gram
Possession of a Schedule III substance for the purpose of trafficking
30-year-old Mark WINKWORTH of Norfolk County was charged under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act with the following:
Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Heroin
Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Other Drugs
Possession of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Over 3 kilograms
Possession of a Schedule II substance – Cannabis resin – Over 1 gram
All three males appeared for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock.
