(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 45 year old male with drinking and driving related offences at a Queen Street, Dunnville, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Friday October 23rd, 2015 at approximately 11:32pm, members of the Haldimand OPP stopped a grey 2012 Chev pickup truck for a sobriety check in the town of Dunnville.
Upon speaking with the driver, Officers could detect signs of impairment which resulted in his arrest.
As a result of the investigation the driver of the car identified as 45 year old Phillipe McGUIRE of Haldimand County, ON has been charged with Impaired Operation of a motor vehicle, and Operate Motor Vehicle with over the legal limit of alcohol. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
