(LAKESHORE, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Lakeshore was on routine patrol November 2, 2015 at approximately 11:15 p.m. on North Talbot Road in Lakeshore when an officer observed a black Ford travelling well over the posted speed limit.
The vehicle was pulled over and the driver exhibited signs of impairment.
He was arrested at the scene.
Michael HOUTTEMAN, age 24 of Windsor was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content, as well as Stunt Driving.
He will appear in a Windsor court on November 18, 2015 to answer to the charges.
