(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On November 2, 2015 at approximately 8:50 a.m., a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was patrolling Victoria Road South near Clair Road, Puslinch Township and observed a female driving a 2014 BMW travelling at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was locked on radar at approximately 124km/h in a 70 km/h zone.
Her driver’s licence and vehicle were seized for a period of 7 days as per statute.
51-year-old Maria ANNABLE of Guelph has been charged with Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. She is to appear in Guelph Provincial Court on December 16, 2015.
