(Asphodel-Norwood Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle and investigated the driver Saturday night just before 11:00pm.
The vehicle was stopped by officers on Highway 7. Billie Jo DAVIS (age 35) of Douro-Dummer Township, ON was arrested and charged with:
Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in her blood
The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on December 10, 2015.
