(MARYSVILLE, ON)- This morning at 12:40 a.m. officers with the Napanee detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a break and enter complaint on Old Highway #2 in Marysville, Tyendinaga Township.
A homeowner reported seeing a male inside his garage. Officers were advised that a grey 2006 Ford ZX4 had left the scene heading west. Moments later police were advised that the suspect vehicle had been involved in a rear-end collision with another vehicle approximately 1 km from the scene of the break in.
Charged with Break and Enter with intent to commit an Indictable Offence, Impaired Driving, Over .80 mgs, and being a Novice Driver with a Blood Alcohol Count over zero is 26 year-old Tyler HILL of Belleville.
HILL was held in custody and appeared at a bail hearing today in Provincial Court in Napanee.
