(NAPANEE, ON)- On Sunday, November 8, 2015 at 2:18 a.m. officers with the Napanee detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police stopped a vehicle being driven erratically on Switzerville Road, Loyalist Township.
The driver of the vehicle pulled into a driveway on Switzerville Road and ran inside a residence in an attempt to evade police.
Police located the male driver inside a bedroom claiming he was sleeping.
Charged with Impaired Driving and Obstructing Police is 37 year-old Matthew KENT of Loyalist Township.
