(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – The Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested and charged two people from London, Ontario, with property crimes relating to three incidents of daylight break, enter, and thefts.
One incident occurred on September 24, 2015, where a residence in the 12700 block of Fifteen Mile Road was entered through an unlocked back door. Electronics and jewelry were stolen. A second break and enter occurred on September 24, where a residence in the 13600 block of Thirteen Mile Road was breached, but the crime was interrupted, and nothing was stolen. A third incident occurred on September 25, 2015, where a residence in the 12900 block of Ten Mile Road was entered through a garage door. Electronics and jewelry were stolen.
As a result of the subsequent police investigation, a 36-year-old male, William MCGAW, has been charged with break, enter a dwelling house – commit indictable offence X2, take motor vehicle without consent X2, fail to comply with probation order X2, fail to comply with conditions of undertaking given by officer in charge, and possession of property obtained by crime under $5000, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He has been held in custody, and will be appearing in the London courts to answer the charges.
A 32-year-old female, Jacqulyn LAMARSH, has been charged with break, enter a dwelling house – commit indictable offence, possession of property obtained by crime under $5000, obstruct justice, public mischief, and fail to comply with conditions of undertaking given by officer in charge, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. She was released from police custody by way of a Promise to Appear (PTA), and is scheduled to answer the charges in a London court on November 26, 2015.
