(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 68 year old woman with drinking and driving offences after being called to Parkview Drive and Hwy #6, Hagersville, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Sunday November 15th, 2015 at approximately 3:20 pm Police were called to the Parkview Drive address after a minor motor vehicle collision had occurred. Upon arrival Police spoke with the driver of a green 2005 Ford car which had been involved in the minor collision. While speaking with the driver signs of impairment by alcohol was detected which lead to her arrest.
Charged with Impaired Driving of a Motor Vehicle and Driving a Motor Vehicle with over the legal limit of alcohol is 68 year old Constance LUCIER of Halton Region, ON. She is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
