(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On November 19, 2015 at approximately 8:06 p.m., a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer observed a male driving a 2009 Chevrolet at a high rate of speed on Wellington Road 34, near Wellington Road 35, Puslinch Township. The vehicle was locked on radar at approximately 133 km/h in an 80 km/h zone.
His driver’s licence and vehicle were seized for a period of 7 days as per statute.
28-year-old Brock HANSON of Cambridge has been charged with Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. He is to appear in Guelph Provincial Court on January 6, 2016.
