On August 9, 2015, at 5:00 pm, Police received a complaint of a suspicious male on the Moffatt Creek Trail, in the area of Franklin Blvd and Champlain Blvd, in Cambridge. A male was observed kneeling along the pathway with his pants down. The male is described as white, in his early 20’s, with a heavy build, and brown shaggy hair. Police remind the community to be aware of their surroundings and call Police if you observe suspicious behavior.
