The Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to 118 calls for service in the last 24 hours. Three people were arrested.

Man Charged with Failing to Comply CK15028106

The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man for breaching his release conditions.

On September 12, 2015, the man was released from custody with conditions to remain in his residence on Walpole Island between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

Last night around 10:30 p.m. officers found the man outside a residence on Timmins Crescent in Chatham. The 24-year-old man has been charged with failing to comply. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Motor Vehicle Collision in Wallaceburg CK15028041

Around 12:40 p.m. yesterday afternoon, police responded to a two vehicle collision on Dufferin Avenue between Selkirk Street and Agnes Street.

Minor injuries were sustained. Total damage was estimated at $10,000.

A 35-year-old Wallaceburg man was charged with driving a motor vehicle with no license. A 65-year-old Wallaceburg man was charged with careless driving.

Motor Vehicle Collision in Chatham CK15028055

At 2:30 p.m. yesterday afternoon, police responded to a two vehicle collision on Park Avenue West near Lacroix Street.

No one was injured. Total damage was estimated at $100.

An 18-year-old Chatham woman was charged with failing to make a safe lane change.

Theft in Chatham CK15028014

The Chatham-Kent police are looking for information regarding a theft in Chatham.

Sometime over the summer, unknown suspect(s) stole five (5) Apple iPad minis from Gregory Drive Public School.

Break and Enter in Dover Township CK15028060

The Chatham-Kent police are looking for information regarding a break and enter in Dover Township.

Sometime between September 11, 2015 and September 15, 2015 unknown suspect(s) forced their way into a residence on Winterline Road and stole an Xbox gaming system and two games.
