City officials would like to report that the Tom Thomson trail will be closed to all users from the south limit of the Waste Water Treatment Plant (2050 3rd Avenue East) to the north limit of the Water Treatment Plant (2650 3rd Avenue East) beginning September 17, 2015 and is to reopen September 30, 2015.
