(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On December 1, 2015, just before 1:00 a.m., a Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a Ford car on Park Avenue East near Maple Leaf Drive in Chatham.
While the officer was speaking with the driver, 25-year-old Melissa FAUBERT, from Chatham, it was determined that she had been consuming alcoholic beverages.
Further tests indicated that the driver was over the legal limit and she will appear in a Chatham court on December 22, 2015, to answer to the following charges:
· Driving With More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol In Blood.
· Driving While Ability Impaired
