(Ottawa, ON) –The Ottawa Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police has investigated a motor vehicle collision on Highway 417 on December 04, 2015.
At approximately 9:21 am, a single vehicle collision occurred on Highway 417 westbound, between Boundary Road and Anderson Road. The vehicle left the roadway and struck a sign.
The lone female occupant, 77 year old Renate TANAKA-SCHUSTER of Montreal has succumbed to her injuries.
