(WOLFE ISLAND, ON) – On December 11, 2015 the Leeds County Crime Unit of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) launched an investigation into a serious sexual assault that occurred on Wolfe Island, Frontenac County, between Tuesday, December 8 and Friday, December 11, 2015.
The 34-year-old female victim was transported to hospital.
As a result, a Warrant in the First Instance has been issued for Michael Ross BURNETT, 39 of no fixed address. He is wanted on charges of Sexual Assault Cause Bodily Harm and Forcible Confinement. See attached photo.
