(HURON EAST, ON) – A pickup truck owner from the Ethel area had an early morning surprise this past week when he woke up to find his truck had been stolen. Sometime during the early morning hours of December 10th, 2015 those responsible located the pickup truck parked at a residence located on Cardiff Road. Those responsible for the theft located the keys to the truck inside the unlocked vehicle and easily drove away.
The stolen pickup is described as a 2002 dark grey, Ford F-250 diesel engine with a long box. Also stolen from the truck were various tools and a red 70 gallon external fuel tank.
The truck is valued around $8,000 and the stolen tools are valued at $2,000.
