Stormont Dundas Press Releases

(SD&G) – From November 23, 2015 to January 2, 2016, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted 155 Festive Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) checks throughout the United Counties. Five (5) drivers were charged with Impaired Driving related offences while 4 received “warn range” driving permit suspensions. The numbers are down from last year’s Campaign where nine (9) were charged with Impaired Driving offences and 15 received suspensions.
