Body Recovered From Water

On January 6, 2015 in the early afternoon, members of the Ontario Provincial Police Underwater Search and Recovery Unit (USRU) recovered a body from the water in the area where missing female Dominique RADWANSKI was last seen.

A Post Mortem will be conducted to determine cause of death. No further details will be released at this time as the investigation is continuing.

OPP ASKING ASSISTANCE LOCATING MISSING MIDLAND WOMAN

(GEORGIAN BAY TOWNSHIP, ON) – Members of the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are currently investigating a missing person report in Georgian Bay Township.

Dominique RADWANSKI (age 36) left a residence on Pine Valley Road in Georgian Bay Township around 10:30 p.m. last night. She was last seen walking along Highway 400 south of Honey Harbour off ramp on the southbound side of the road at approximately 11:00 p.m. last night. She suffers from a medical condition and her family are concerned for her well-being.

She is described as female white, medium build, 5’4” tall, 139 lbs, hazel eyes, blonde hair, wearing a black jacket, white toque, blue track pants and winter boots.

Emergency Response (ERT), Canine, the Joint Rescue Coordination Centre (JRCC), Georgian Bay fire and members of the Southern Georgian Bay OPP are currently searching the area where the female was last seen.
