(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) –Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to report of a break and enter in progress at 721 Powerline Road in the County of Brant at approximately 2:45 a.m. on 8 January 2016.
OPP investigators attended and found 2 males inside the Hydro One compound and located a third male a short distance away.
The OPP have charged 38-year-old Allen DAISLEY, 35-year-old Christopher MIKICH and 28-year-old Kyle SCOTT all of Hamilton, Ontario with the following charges under the Criminal Code of Canada:
Break and Enter
Mischief Under $5000
Possession of Stolen Property
Theft Over $5000
They will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date to answer to their charges. If convicted, the offenders will be subject to the Criminal Code penalties, including a fine or jail time.
