(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County detachment has charged a 36-year-old male after police stopped and investigated a motor vehicle at a Norfolk Street South, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, January 10, 2016 at approximately 3:34 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Norfolk Street South when a vehicle attracted an officer’s attention. The vehicle was stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 36-year-old Braden Boyd FITZGERALD of Norfolk County, Ontario with fail to comply with probation order and possession of Hydromorphone.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
