(Asphodel-Norwood Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a single vehicle collision on Highway 7near the Eighth Line of Asphodel-Norwood Saturday just after 10:00pm.
The investigation revealed that the driver had been drinking prior to the collision. Braden Joseph CLARK (age 35) of Douro-Dummer Township, ON was arrested and charged with:
Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood
Impaired Driving
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough on February 04, 2016.
