On Monday, January 4th 2016, a 24 year old Kitchener male, Musab SABOON, was arrested for his involvement in the armed robbery that occurred at the McDonalds restaurant located at 2410 Homer Watson Blvd, Kitchener on September 15th 2015. SABOON is being held in custody for a bail hearing. He is charged with Robbery with a Weapon, Disguise with Intent, Breach Recognizance and three counts of Breach of Probation.

On September 15, 2015, at 3:40 am., 4 subjects allegedly armed with weapons entered the McDonalds restaurant on Homer Watson Boulevard in the city of Kitchener with the intention of committing a robbery. Police attended quickly and all males fled on foot. Three of the males were arrested. One male remains outstanding. There were no physical injuries reported. Police are continuing their investigation and there will be increased police presence in the area of Homer Watson and Conestoga College Boulevards.
