(ESPANOLA, ON)- On January 8, 2016, at 2:56 p.m., members from the Espanola Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop on Highway 17 in the City of Greater Sudbury.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the male driver was suspended.
Steven Mitchell, 37 years of age, from Massey, was charged with: Driving while under suspension, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Espanola, on March 10, 2016.
