(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 41-year-old male after police stopped a vehicle at an East Quarter Line Road, South Walsingham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, January 16, 2016, at approximately 10:03 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of East Quarter Line Road when a vehicle attracted an officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 41-year-old Jason A BIEHN of Brantford, Ontario with possession of Marihuana, possession of Methamphetamine and unlawfully possess firearm at night contrary to the Fish Wildlife Conservation Act.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
