(North Glengarry) – On January 19, 2016 at approximately 3:08pm, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police officers responded to a report of a male breaching his release conditions in North Glengarry Township. Investigation indicated a male was in contravention of previous release conditions and had caused damage to the complainant’s home.
Bernard CHAMPAGNE (18) from North Glengarry, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Fail to Comply with Recognizance
– Mischief
He was held in custody pending an appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.
