(Municipality of Trent Lakes, ON) – Detectives with the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are currently investigating historical allegations of sexual assault on 3 separate females.
Samuel SHEEHEY (age 43) of Trent Lakes, ON has been arrested and charged with seven counts of sexual assault. The accused was held in custody and is scheduled to make an appearance in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, ON later today for a show cause hearing.
