(Bath, ON)- On January 20, 2016 at 5:25 p.m. officers with the Loyalist detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report, from a concerned citizen, of a vehicle all over the road on Main Street in Bath, Loyalist Township.
The vehicle was located on Main Street and the driver was subsequently arrested for over 80 mg.
Charged with operating a motor vehicle over 80 mgs is 36 year-old Leanne NEUMAYER of Greater Napanee.
She was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Napanee on February 23, 2016.
