(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 27-year-old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Norfolk Street South, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, January 23, 2016, at approximately 12:18 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Norfolk Street South when a vehicle attracted an officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 27-year-old Donald William Peter SWANZEY of Norfolk County, Ontario with fail or refuse to provide sample.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
