(ROBLIN, ON)- On January 30, 2016 at 9:16 p.m. an officer with the Kaladar detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police stopped a vehicle for speeding on County Road 41, just north of the village of Roblin.
The driver was given a roadside alcohol screening test and subsequently arrested for over 80 mg.
Charged with operation of a motor vehicle over 80 mgs is 41 year-old Scott HARDING of Stone Mills Township.
He was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Napanee on March 1, 2016.
