(SUDBURY, ON)- On January 30, 2016, at approximately 11:32 a.m., members from the Sudbury Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop on Highway 144 in the City of Greater Sudbury.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the female driver was suspended from driving.
Shirley AUDETTE, 45 years of age, from Chelmsford, was charged with: Driving while under suspension, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury, on February 29, 2016.
