(LAKESHORE, ON)— The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Lakeshore responded to a two vehicle collision just before 8:00 p.m. this evening.
The crash occurred on Talbot Road between LaPointe Street and Wilson Side Road in Lakeshore and involved a Dodge pickup truck and a Cadillac that struck head on.
The driver of the pickup truck was taken to an area hospital with life threatening injuries. The driver of the Cadillac was also taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators (TTCI) are on scene evaluating the cause of the crash.
Talbot Road is closed between LaPointe Street and Wilson Side Road and will remain closed for the next several hours while the investigation is completed.
