(LEAMINGTON, ON) — The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint on February 17, 2016 at approximately 6:10 p.m. on Seacliff Drive East in Leamington.
Police received a report of a white Lincoln driving erratically and striking a curb before coming to rest on the side of the roadway.
Officers arrived and spoke to the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle who exhibited signs of impairment. Open alcohol was located inside the vehicle.
He was arrested at the scene.
Callan WHITE, age 29 of Kingsville was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Leamington court on March 3, 2016 to answer to the charges.
