(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 33-year-old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Highway 3, Middleton, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, February 19, 2016, at approximately 1:29 a.m., police were conducting patrols when a vehicle caught the attention of the patrolling officer. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 33-year-old Curtis William ROBSON of Oxford County, Ontario with driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
