(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County detachment has charged two (2) females after police responded to an incident at a Main Street, Port Dover, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Thursday, February 18, 2016 at approximately 10:53 p.m., police responded to Captain Billy’s after receiving a complaint about two females.
Through the course of investigation it was determined that two females became involved in a verbal altercation with other patrons resulting in the police being contacted.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged a 23-year-old female and 53-year-old female.
Charged with being intoxicated in a public place and fail to leave premises when directed contrary to the Trespass to Property Act is 23-year-old Morgan COPELAND of Norfolk County, Ontario.
Charged with fail to provide a breath sample is 53-year-old Katherine COPELAND of Norfolk County, Ontairo.
She will appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
